Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Ginger Shots
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh ginger root 
- 1 cup pineapple 
- 1/2 cup orange 
- 1/4 cup lemon juice 
- 1/2 cup coconut water 
- 1-2 pinches cayenne pepper 
- 1-2 pinches turmeric powder 
Instructions
- Wash and scrub the ginger root under running water before chopping it into smaller chunks. 
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until the mixture is fairly smooth. 
- Pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bug into a bowl. 
- Transfer the juice to several smaller glasses and store them in the freezer.
